The Apprentify Group is celebrating an extraordinary moment of recognition, pride and progress as three of our incredible team members took home major honours at this year’s European Women in Sales Awards, with three more making it to the finals!

This year’s event shone a spotlight on women who are redefining what success in sales looks like. For Apprentify, it became a powerful reminder of the talent, resilience and authenticity that drives our people every day.

Three Outstanding Winners

Sophie Smith – Customer Service Director of the Year

Sophie’s win is more than an award, it’s a statement. Working part‑time while raising a young family, Sophie has delivered the strongest impact of her career in recent years. Her journey challenges outdated perceptions of what a “typical” sales leader looks like and proves that authenticity, consistency and passion can outperform any stereotype.

Sophie continues to advocate for women in sales, champion part‑time working parents in senior roles, and inspire the next generation to believe that success doesn’t require sacrificing who you are.

Sarah Skelton – Sales Mentor of the Year

Known affectionately as Skelly, the Flourish Founder & MD’s recognition as Sales Mentor of the Year reflects years of dedication to developing others. Her impact has been felt across the group and beyond, supporting countless women who have found themselves as the only female voice in the room.

Her award celebrates not just her mentoring excellence, but her commitment to building a more inclusive and empowered sales community.

Sarah “Saz” James – Best Woman Sales Newcomer

Saz’s win as Best Woman Sales Newcomer is a testament to courage, grit and heart. The Flourish Business Development Executive has thrown herself into every challenge with passion and determination, proving that fearlessness isn’t the absence of fear; it’s choosing to act despite it.

Her achievement highlights what Flourish stands for: you don’t need a degree or years of experience to succeed in sales. You need curiosity, resilience and the belief that you belong.

Celebrating our finalists

We are equally proud of our three brilliant finalists, who have all demonstrated excellence, drive and standout performance:

  • Lauren Rogers – Best newcomer finalist

  • Portia Fletcher – Best in business development finalist

  • Melissa Hull – Best sales manager finalist

Their achievements reflect the depth of talent across our group and the bright future ahead for women in sales.

The Women in Sales Awards exist to champion representation, challenge stereotypes and celebrate the women who are reshaping the industry. For Apprentify Group, this year’s event was a powerful reminder of why that mission matters.

Our winners and finalists embody everything we stand for. We couldn’t be prouder.
